2. Products
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled and shipped through BestFulfill, our third-party fulfillment and shipping provider. By placing an order, you authorize us to share your name and shipping address with BestFulfill for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by BestFulfill, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Return & Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility
Customers may return sauna suits within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- A return request has been submitted to us at support@demonkilla.com within the 30-day window
5.2 Hygiene Exclusion
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on sauna suits that have been worn or used, regardless of the reason for return, except as provided under Section 5.3 below.
5.3 Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the item has been worn or used. To initiate a defective item claim, please contact us at support@demonkilla.com within 30 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the defect.
5.4 Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Demon Killa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Demon Killa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
